Sour Cream and Dill Dip
1 cup sour cream (can be fat-free or low fat)
1 cup mayonniase (fat-free or low-fat)
1Tbls. fresh or dried dill, finely chopped
1 Tbls. parsley, chopped
2 Tbls. green onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 Whole red cabbage  (optional)

  In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients , except the red cabbage. Let sit in refrigerator for a few hours, or overnight. Add extra dill, parsley if you prefer.
Hollow out the red cabbage and fill with the dip. Serve with raw vegetables.
