Unforgettable Fried Chicken
Delicious!!
3 cups all- purpose Flour
1/4 cup Paprika
2 Tbls. Salt
2 Tbls. Pepper
1 Tbls. ground mustard
1 Tbls. dried thyme
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. dried oregano

2 eggs
1/2 cup milk or buttermilk ( I prefer Buttermilk)
vegetable oil  ( I prefer olive oil)

Chicken   ( I prefer skinned and boneless)

In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients, mix well.
Store in a airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 1 yr.

To prepare Chicken:
Place about 1 cup of coating in a resealable plastic bag.
In a shallow dish, beat eggs and milk . Dip chicken pieces into mixture. Place in bag and shake to coat chicken.
In a large skillet, heat 1/2 inch of oil on medium- high heat.
Brown chicken on all sides, remove to a 13x9x2 inch foil lined pan , sprayed with a veg. spray, or just a greased pan.
Bake , uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, turning once.
