Banana Pudding Cake
(low-fat)

1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 small box instant banana pudding
4 eggs
3.4 cup water
1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup mashed bananas ; about 3

GLAZE:
2 cups confectioner' sugar
2 Tbls. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, applesauce and bananas. Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool cake on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove cake and continue to cool on rack.
Glaze:
wisk, confectioner' sugar, milk and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and of drizzling consistancy. When cake is cooled, drizzle icing over entire
cake.
