Chicken Noodle Casserole 7 oz. uncooked extra-wide noodles 1 tsp. oil 1 package mushrooms, sliced 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup with herbs 1 cup lowfat milk 2 cups shredded cooked chicken 1 pkg. (10 0z.) frozen peas, thawed 1 cup sour cream and onion flavored potato chips 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Have ready a shallow 2 qt. baking dish. 2. Boil noodles as directed on pkg. : drain well. 3. Heat oil in a large skillet over med. high heat. Add mushrooms (if using fresh) and saut'e 3 to 4 minutes, until browned. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in baking dish. sprinkle with crushed chips. 4. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
