Chicken Salad with Honey-Mustard Dressing

2 cups cooked chicken breast: diced
2 cups diced apples; green or red or mixed
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup grape halves or more if desired
1 can pineapple tidbits; drained
1/2 cup fat-free mayonaise
4 Tbls. honey
3 Tbs. Dijon Mustard

  Cook chicken and dice. Combine cool chicken, apples, walnuts, celery and pineapple.  Mix mayonaise, mustard and honey. Fold into chicken mixture and serve chilled.
