| Chocolate Suprise Cake 1 box chocolate cake mix 12oz. cream cheese (1-1/2 boxes of 8oz. size) 1/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12 cup Bundt pan. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; Add egg and vanilla; beat until blended, add chocolate chips; set aside. Prepare cake mis according to label. Pour into prepared pan. spread evenly the cream cheese mixture over top, Bake 45-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out cleam. Cool on a rack for 25 minutes. Remove from pan; Cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream and raspberries or strawberries. Tip: replace oil in cake mix with applesauce and 2 Tablespoons of flour for a lower-fat cake. |
