Corn Casserole

This is a great tasting casserole and makes a beautiful dish.
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn drained
1 cup (8oz.) sour cream
2 eggs beaten
1 stick butter or margarine
1 boy Jiffy corn bread mix

  Just mix all together and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, it will be well browned. Then enjoy!!!
Note: you can use fat-free sour cream and low fat margarine or light butter.
