Great way to use left-over turkey , easy, low-fat and very good!

Creamy Turkey with Pasta

1/2 cup chopped onion
1-1/2 cups diced cooked Turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup (low-fat)
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free Parmesan Cheese
1.2 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup (2.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
2 tsp.  dried Parsley
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
2 cups cooked rotini Pasta (twists)

  Spray skillet with cooking spray. Brown onions, add soup, mushrooms, sour cream, turkey and milk . Simmer until hot, Add pasta, parmesan cheese and seasonings.

Tip: Chicken or Ham can be used instead of Turkey
also can be frozen in freezer bags and then Microwaved.
