Hot Pepper Cornbread |
2 cups self-rising cornmeal mix 2/3 cup cream corn 1/4 cup sugar 1 small onion - chopped 1 cup cheddar cheese or jalapeno cheese 1/2 cup oil 1 green bell pepper- chopped 3 jalapeno peppers- chopped (more or less) 1 cup milk Pre- heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into a oiled pan and bake until done and browned. |
