Lemon Cheesecake Bars
1 box lemon cake mix
3 3ggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 pkgs. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Measure 1 cup of the dry cake mix; set aside.
Combine reamining cake mix with 1 egg and oil. Spreading mixture evenly, press onto the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine reserved cake mix, remaining 2 eggs, cream cheese, sugar and sour cream in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spread over partially baked crust. Bake an additional 35 minutes. Cool in pan; cut into squares.
