Maple Pecan Pie
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/4  cups maple syrup
1 cup pecans
1/4 tsp. cider vinegar
1 unbaked 8" pie shell

Cream the butter and sugar, add unbeaten eggs and stir. Add flour, salt, vanilla and syrup. Beat well. Add nut meats. Place in an unbaked crust. Bake about 45 minutes in a 375 degree oven or until filling is set when pie is shaken gently.
