Mashed Potato Casserole

2 pounds potatoes ( 6 medium)
1 (3 ozs.)  pkg. Cream Cheese
4 ozs. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Salt
pepper
sprinkle of garlic powder
1/4 cup chopped Chives
1/2 stick Margarine or Butter
Paprika

  Cook potatoes until tender, drain well
Add cream cheese and next 5 ingredients. Beat until fluffy, Add butter
Grease casserole dish. Spoon potatoes into dish. Sprinkle with paprika
Bakle at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
May be made ahead of time, refrigherate and then bake when ready
