Scalloped Potatoes

10 potatoes, sliced thin
1 stick butter
4 ounces Velvetta cheese
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups milk

  Slice potatoes, boil about 5 minutes or until tender. Lay stick of butter in bottom of 12-inch baking dish. Pour hot potatoes over butter. Cut up cheese and layer over potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Pour milk over potatoes. Bake in 350 degree over 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
