| Christmas Cheese Ball |
| 2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese 12 oz. Cheedar cheese; grated 1 Tbsp. green pepper; chopped 1 Tbsp. pimento 1 Tbsp. onion; chopped 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 cup chopped pecans Soften cream cheese to room temperature, add all ingredients except pecans. Roll into 1 or 2 balls and roll cheese balls in finely chopped pecans. Warp in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Tip; Can roll in flavored bread crumbs. |
