Ethnic origin:Aryan (Right… Now, correct me if I'm wrong here, but I don't think that Aryan counts as an ethnic origin. I'm not even going to go into how vilifying this is, not to mention how little sense it makes. Personally, I think he is Russian.)
Place of origin:Unknown (This really doesn't make sense considering how big a political figure he is. He had to have come from somewhere and had to have been a member of a fairly important family considering he holds the rank of Duke.)

Eye color: Ice blue (Having spent a lot of time staring at Treize, I'd say his eye color is closer to that of Heero's, which is Prussian blue)
Hair color: Platinum blond (The obsessive GW fan will note that Treize's hair color is listed as being exactly the same as Zechs' at gundamoffial.com. Any person with a brain who has seen both characters will note that this is totally wrong. Treize's hair is a more gingery brown color, and definitely not blond of any sort.)

Japanese VA: Okiayu Ryoutarou, who also does Brad Crawford (WK), Jinnai (El Hazard), Tigers Eye (SM), Sazanka (Bushido Blade 2), and lots of others. (He's pretty cute too… I still can't believe he did Sazanka's voice. Sazanka is a scary clown man.)
English VA: David Kaye, who also does Megatron (Beast Wars) and...radio commercials. (Really! It's hilarious hearing Treize trying to sell used cars. It's only made more hilarious by the fact that Mr. Kaye actually resembles Treize somewhat. He looks a bit like Treize would have, had he survived to about 35 or so.)
