LEFT: Near the conclusion of our holiday in Scotland, here we are in a photo booth in Glasgow on August 14, 1974.
RIGHT: Doug received his 25 Year Club pin on October 15, 1980.
Most of our photographs on trips did not include both of us together. When we drove to Manitoulin Island (July 25 - August 3, 1968), most of the pictures were of 4 month old Jenn.
On some occasions, Pat travelled as part of her University studies. [E.g.- York University's High Arctic Tundra Field Study Course (July 19 - August 21, 1977) and York University's Desert Ecology Field Course (May 4 - May 22, 1978)].
When the children were old enough, we drove to Western Canada with a two-week stay in Drumheller, which included the Calgary Stampede, and we spent another week at Wapta Lodge near Field BC for sight-seeing and "mountain climbing" in the Rockies.
From 1983 to 1988, Pat made several trips to annual meetings of the American Society of Mammalogists and to Washington, New York, Chicago and Boston for measurements of collections of species under study for her PhD thesis.
