
ONLY the
persons listed on the booking form can use the accommodation and must not be
sub-let. The
person booking must be over the age of eighteen.
DEPOSIT: £50
per week should be enclosed with the booking form as a holding deposit.
The
balance to be forwarded 35 days prior your arrival.
If the balance is not paid prior to the last 35 days, we shall be
entitled to re-let your accommodation and your deposit forfeited.
A holiday cancellation scheme is a wise precaution.
CANCELLATION:
No refunds
can be made under any circumstances unless you have joined our cancellation
scheme. If
you have to cancel for any of the following reasons; Death, Injury, Maternity or
Illness of yourself or a member of your party (a Doctors Certificate is
required), or Jury Service.
If you cancel 35 days or less, but not less than 7 days before your
holiday for any of the listed reasons, all monies except the initial deposit
will be refunded.
However if we are unable to re-let at that late stage we reserve the
right to withhold all monies paid.
Please
note if you wish to take advantage of our cancellation scheme please forward £10
per week with your initial booking form and deposit.
More
persons maybe added by arrangement with the proprietor, providing the capacity
of the apartment is not exceeded.
Cancellation must be in writing at
least 35 days before booking is due to begin.
The hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking
unless our cancellation scheme has been utilised or the accommodation is re-let.
Deposits
are not refundable.
No
pets are permitted.
DAMAGES: A
£50 cheque deposit is to be sent with your final booking payment, for any
damage or breakages to the property, which will be refunded within 14 days after
your departure.
The hirer will be held responsible for the contents of the apartment
whilst in his/her possession.
Any breakages loss or damage to fixtures and fittings of the apartment of
premises will be deducted from the £50 damages cheque. All damage of
fixtures/fittings, contents must be reported and paid for, keys and swipecards
are to be returned to the booking address within 7 days of your departure by
registered post or a £20 will be deducted from your damage deposit.
On
departure please leave the apartment tidy and the cooker/oven and fridge clean.
In
the interest of others, occupants must agree not to cause annoyance, or by,
asking what management considers to be excessive noise or behaviour within the
building or grounds, an in particular to suppress TV, radio, C.D players or tape
recorders etc.
If unreasonable behaviour or noise levels are reported you maybe asked to
vacate the apartment.
Without a refund.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: The
apartment will not be ready until 2.00pm on the day of arrival, and must be
vacated by 10.am on the day of departure.
We
beg early arrivals to be patient.
PARENTS/GUARDIANS:
are solely
responsible for the supervision of their children at all times especially in and
around the swimming pool and gardens and car parking areas.

POOL:
The swimming
is open from May until September,
0800 hours until dusk, except 12.30 – 13.30 hours
Monday, Wednesday and Friday for cleaning
It is in the express conditions of this booking that
the proprietors shall not be liable for any personal injury, accidents, loss of,
damage to you or your parties, or property including motor vehicles, however
caused or sustained.
