My name is Teddy Harris, I have lived in Rossville for over 35 years. |

My earliest memories are of growing up on Beech Street. I fondly recall roaming the slopes and hollows of Missionary Ridge. In the summers, I spent summer days fishing in the duck pond. My great love of books was born in the old library beside the fire hall. |
|

|
There is nowhere on earth I would have rather grown up than in Rossville, Georgia in the 1960's and 1970's. |

I played baseball on Walt Lauder field. Now I watch my son play on the same field. I can't tell you how good that feels. |

I attended North Rossville Elementary and Rossville Jr. High and Rossville High School. In 1981, I graduated from Rossville High School. |

|
My wife Karen and I have been married for over sixteen years. We bought our first house in Rossville on Richmond Avenue in 1987. We now reside in the Labron Heights subdivision behind the library and old Peerless Gym. |

My family attends Elizabeth Terrace Baptist Church in Rossville, just outside the city limits, passed the old Rossville Airport. |

I am employed by our family owned business H & H Furniture. Our business was originally on Chickamauga Avenue. We're now just down the road in Fairview on McFarland Avenue. |

Currently, I'm serving on the Rossville City Council.
I'm the founder and manager of RHSA online an Internet alumni organization for Rossville High School Alumni. Membership has grown in over four years to over 800. RHSA online is the largest free Rossville High School Alumni organization online or off.
