ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for this program, a participant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the United States. or citizen of the Federal States of Micronesia, Republic of Marshalls, or Republic of Belau.  He/she must also meet two of the following requirements:

Must be first generation college student

Must come from a low-income family

Must be physically handicapped

Must be a veteran

Must show a need for additional assistance in order to complete basic college requirements
