The Saints of GOD

Therefore you shall be PERFECT,
just as your Father in Heaven is perfect.

Matthew 5:48.

GOD demands nothing less than absolute perfection.  At first glance this demand may seem rather harsh, but in reality it is not.  GOD's demand to be perfect is made out of absolute Love.  How?  As GOD is perfect, He cannot be united to anything imperfect, for imperfection is contrary to His nature.  Therefore if you wish to have totally unity with GOD, you must conform to His nature and be perfect.

Jesus gave us the means with which to attain this perfection.
Here is the endurance of the Saints: those who keep the Commandments of GOD and have the Faith of Jesus Christ.  Revelation 14:12.  Which Commandments?  The Commandments of the Law?  No.  The Commandments that Jesus gave us.  Remember that everything Jesus says and does takes precedence over the Law.

What does the Faith of Jesus mean?  A more precise wording would b
e
witness or testimony.  Thus the verse reads: ... those who keep the Commandments of GOD and have the Testimony of Jesus Christ.”  What does this mean?  The word testimony” appears again and again with reference to Jesus.

When He opened the 5th Seal, I saw under the Altar the souls of those who had been slain for the Word of GOD and for the Testimony which they held.  Revelation 6:9.

And they overcame him (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their Testimony, for they did not love their lives unto death.  Revelation 12:11.

And the Dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make War with the rest of her offspring, those who keep the Commandments of GOD and have the Testimony of Jesus Christ.  Revelation 12:17.

Why does Satan aim to destroy the Testimony?  In both Old and New Testaments, GOD calls
us to be His witnesses.  You are My witnesses says the LORD.  Isaiah 43:10.  “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be witnesses to Me.”  Acts 1:8.  Witnesses for what?  Witnesses to the attributes of GOD - that GOD is who He says He is.  You are My witnesses.  Is there a GOD besides Me?  Isaiah 44:8.  “... the Father who sent Me bears witness of Me.  John 8:18.  And you also will bear witness, because you have been with Me from the beginning.  John 15:17.

We are GOD's witnesses that He is Good, Kind, Merciful, Loving, Just, etc.  If Satan can destroy the
witness or testimony”, he can destroy GOD's credibility.  Note: they overcame Satan by the word of their Testimony.  Revelation 12:11.  Satan's accusations that GOD is not who He says He is (which is the accusation Satan used in Eden) are DESTROYED when we become true witnesses for the LORD our GOD.

What is a Saint?

*  A Saint is a person who has grown in the fulness and measure of Christ.  That means they have perfect Love, and can Love others in the same way Christ loves them.
*  A Saint is a perfect witness for GOD.
*  A Saint will bear the fruits of the Holy Spirit.
*  A Saint does NOT Sin, for Sin is to partake of Satan's nature, and a Saint only partakes of GOD's nature.
*  A Saint is a person through whom at least one attribute of GOD is expressed in total perfection.

Since we are imperfect creatures, we cannot hope to express all of GOD's attributes perfectly, but through His Mercy and Grace, a few rare individuals are able to express at least one of His attributes in perfection.  These people are able to affect change in others and sometimes even change the course of history.

We can compare this to an electrical current.  Imagine a flow of electricity from the source to the object.  For this to occur perfectly, the wire has to be a
perfect conduit, free from any impurities which may hinder the flow of electricity.  Likewise, our lives have to be free of sin in order that GOD's Graces flow through us perfectly.  Do we have any such examples in Scripture?  Yes we do.

Abraham
Abraham was a perfect conduit of GOD's Righteousness.  That is why he became the
father of the righteous and the father of nations.

Abraham believed the LORD, and it was credited to him as Righteousness.  Genesis 15:6.
Abraham's faith was credited to him as Righteousness.  Romans 4:9.

David
David was a perfect conduit of GOD's Power.  David slew Goliath (the embodiment of GOD's enemies) and fought 18 Wars, profoundly influencing the history of Israel.
The Spirit of the LORD came upon David in Power.  1 Samuel 16:13.
And David became more and more powerful, because the LORD Almighty was with him.  1 Chronicles 11:9.

Daniel
Daniel was a perfect conduit of GOD's Wisdom.  Daniel's prophecies encapsulate world history from beginning to end.  They are the only prophecies which pin-point the exact time of the arrival, ministry, and death of the Messiah, Jesus Christ.  They also give us profound insight into the nature of the Anti-Christ.
Behold you are wiser than Daniel.  There is no secret that can be hidden from you!  Ezekiel 28:3.

Miriam (Mary)
Miriam was a perfect conduit of GOD's Grace.  That is why she became the mother of Jesus, and with Him, profoundly changed the spiritual nature of the world.
And the Angel went to her and said: Hail, full of Grace, the Lord is with you.  Luke 1:28.

These are only 4 examples from Scripture.  There are many other Saints in Scripture also.  No person on earth is a perfect conduit of ALL of GOD's attributes/graces.  99% of people on earth never become perfect conduits of any of GOD's attributes/graces.  The Saints are perfect conduits of at least one of GOD's attributes/graces.

What about Sin?

The nature of our Sins determine which Graces will be effected.
The quantity of our Sin will determine by
how much a certain Grace will be effected.

Should we Sin relentlessly and continuously, eventually GOD's Grace will be cut-off.  If we continue to Sin, we eventually become conduits of Satan's attributes.
