The Careless Joker
Ravvin's best friend, and Kamelin's boyfriend. He lives in the Heights, and spends most of his time there, or in the Middle. He's given to gambling and drinking himself into a pit. Eventually, Kamelin takes him in, and Fallow's bad habits fade away. Fallow is a photographer, and can always brighten someone's day.
