Shiela
Everyone has some negative connection with Shiela, but not everyone actually knows it. Shiela seems to be a human shapeshifter without any known true identity. This one person, whoever it is, can be traced through all the organized crime in the town. Ravvin swears he must have dated Shiela, while Kamelin swears Shiela nearly killed him. Levvin's boss is suspected of doing business with Shiela.
