A Certified Worker’s costume consists of a black friar’s tunic with one 3/8’ black cord for a belt. Upon receiving Certified workers status, the Brother may wear a black mantle that comes down to the front of the elbow. In addition, a Brother may wear a flat brimmed hat of straw, felt or wool. Ladies have the option of continuing to wear the light blue tunic and adding a color matching mantle, as above.
To obtain Brother status in the Clergy Guild, a novice must:

a. Become the equivalent of a Certified Worker in the Assemblies of God.
b. Write three original devotions in book of writings. Share these devotions, one at each of three household meetings or events.
c. Apply for advancement and have said application approved.
