![]() The Apostle Paul is the Clergy’s Ideal in that he was passionately consumed with the need to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The apostle focused relentlessly on his goal, and would not allow stoning, boiling oil, threats, etc., to sway him. Paul demonstrated courage when standing before the Sanhedrin, tenacity when commencing on yet another missionary trip, wisdom in his writings, and fervor in his preaching. A minister does well when he heeds Paul’s admonition to follow him, as he follows Christ.
