The Council of Barons will consist of the Head of State, his staff, all advisors earned or honorary and the Sheriff’s of each Shire. The Council of Barons will act as the leadership of the State, and as such will implement the policies and procedures of the Royal Order of Chivalry on a State level. The Council of Barons will also serve as a court of appeal when any member of the Royal Order of Chivalry requests a re-evaluation of a ruling of the Head of State, or any other matter that the Head of State so deems to include them in. This court of appeal is not binding, but advisory.
