The Magnum Concilium shall consist of the Crown Prince, the Sovereign’s Council, and each State’s Council of Barons and all earned Peers of the Realm. Court of the Magnum Concilium shall occur at least once a year. Court of the Magnum Concilium may be held in conjunction with any other Realm event. Election of officers of the Realm will take place once every four years as designated by the Royal Court. Guild membership will be evaluated annually at the court of the Magnum Concilium to determine peerage titles of Grand Master. The Sovereign’s Council is to make its annual year-end report available at the Magnum Concilium. The Magnum Concilium will deal with any issues in which the Crown Prince or the Sovereign’s Council deems appropriate. Any call for an official meeting of the Magnum Concilium must be given no less than 45 days before the meeting. Official notification must be given to all via verbal, written, or electronic means. Emergency meetings of the Magnum Concilium may only be called with 14-day prior notice to all members and concerned parties. The nature of the emergency must be stated at the time of notification. Emergency meetings may only be called with the expressed consent of Sovereign’s Council.
