2. Any Head of Household who meets the minimum court attendance for his household for three consecutive years, will receive tenure and title, and their title will no longer be held subject to minimum household attendance. 3. Any Head of Household who maintains his title for 5 consecutive years of service will receive said title in an honorary capacity for life. 4. The Head of State has the right to grant position and title to those whom he deems of unique service to the State. These titles will become honorary for life for those who serve faithfully for a minimum of five consecutive years. 5. Any Noble may recommend a person for an honorary title. This should be done in writing with a thorough explanation as to why said person should be so honored.
