HO scale club with over 1750 ft of double track in operation, 100 hand laid turnouts allowing for a variety of operations, and over a half-century of history. An operating lift bridge connects two sides of the layout across the main aisle.

Logan Model Engineers Souderton Train Station, 2nd Floor, Main & Broad Streets (Rt 113), Souderton PA
HO scale club with a double track mainline through mountain scenery, featuring a logging switchback and long freight drags of up to 80-100+ cars.
Oaks Model Railroad Club Although the layout was dismantled, and the club reorganized as Royersford Modular Model Railroaders, John Almeida has kept the Oaks web site active. A little bit of our club's history, and some of John's documentation of the current railroad scene in the Philadelphia area.

25'x40' HO layout encompasses 2 rooms and has 3 levels. Set in the 1950s, but almost anything may be seen running. Roundhouse, freight yard, much hidden staging. About 3/4 scenicked & all Digitrax - some locos with sound.

The group that set most of the standards used in model railroading in the United States, allowing equipment from various manufacturers to operate reliably on the same tracks.
