At last, Mattel is sloooooooooooowly coming back. No more just Hotwheels and the 5 bagillionth version of Barbie. Mattel has a few more things to hang their hat on... and one of them has the chance to usurping 'Star Wars' as one of the most successful movie franchises of all time.(I belive the Bond films are still #1, just by sheer volume.)
1. He-Man; Whoa. Pure and simple. Ok, ok, so the articulation sucks. Nonetheless, these figures hi-light very detailed sculpting, great poses, cool accessories, and are simply terrific new takes on our favorite charaters from Eternia.
2. Harry Potter; Ah, Mattel has landed a serious cash-cow here. Personally, although I enjoyed the movie, the figures are ok. However, considering this movie is now #2 all time in box-office, Mattel is loving every minute of having this line in their pocket.
