Dear Mr. Washington,
I wish to thank you for the expeditious action taken on
my complaint, PSR -- #72485. It renews
my faith in our Muni.
I would like you to look into one more small matter: In 1992, I sent a letter of commendation
concerning Muni driver Rose Bethea,
#2615, commending her for her good service.
I saw Ms Bethea the other day on the 38 Geary line and I asked her if she ever got a copy of my
letter or if she had ever been notified that I had sent a letter of commendation
for her file. She told me she received
no word about my letter. I did mention
that I would write to you to see if my letter was received. I do believe a copy should have been given to
her.
Sincerely yours,
Robert Paolinelli
