Alcander has a tan complexion, his hair and eyes matching his complexion to an extent. His has is a dark brown, cut short, yet somewhat long in the bangs, spiking naturally in some areas. His eyes are a gray color, appearing almost black at times. His height borders around five foot nine and five foot eight. By many, Alcander would be considered handsome, and at times he uses this fact to his advantage.

However, Alcander has no distinguishing marks or features that would set him apart in the crowd. Alcander tends to keep low, observing and listening. In this way, he has few scars upon his body, the result of knowing what he can handle and what he cannot.

His attire tends to run towards dark color clothing. Very rarely is he seen without his cloak, except for maybe in warm weather and even that is rare. Cooling spells really do wonders. Underneath his cloak, he tends to sport a more muggle apparel, as it’s easier to move about it. This apparel being black jeans, somewhat loose, a white button up, long sleeves shirt (the sleeves usually rolled up), and shoes of course.

Alcander has a quick wit and intelligence, which is usually understated. He is not one to reveal more than he wishes. With such, he has a cool minded approach to things. Very rarely he gets extremely angry, although his actions may seem to state otherwise at times. But this tends to hold his control over people.

When dealing with people, Alcander can seem very controversial. He has an unconventional way with dealing with people. At one moment he may be all that is good, polite, and cheerful and the next he could cut like a knife, his voice like steel. Alcander likes to keep people on their toes, he is not one to forget a past offence or let it slide by easily.

History: Alcander was born to a lower class wizardry family. With such, he had always been limited in life. With such, he was always working towards something better, however he very rarely achieved this goal. Both his parents worked full time, sometimes have little time for their children. In this regard, as the oldest, Alcander was often left to look over his under siblings. In this way, his personality developed to a certain extent. With looking over his younger brother and sister, Alcander could not be hotheaded, not unless he liked brawling with Edmund.

When Alcander came the age of eleven, he was accepted into both Hogwarts and Durmstrang. The family residing close to the middle distances between the two schools’ area. However, Alcander chose to attend Durmstrang. While attending the school, Alcander always kept mostly to himself and but he could not avoid falling in with a group of people, the cliques. Quickly, he flew up to one of the main leaders of their group. With this so, students who crossed his path soon learned it was not wise to do so. Alcander did not forgive easily nor did he forget.

Graduating from the school, Alcander was in the top ranks of his year. He was strong in magical ability and did not use it unwisely. After graduating, Alcander distanced himself from his family, moving into the London area. He would frequent Knockturn Alley and other darker areas of the city. While growing up, Alcander had come to despise most of the witches and wizards that frequented the light areas of the city.

Even more so, his dislike of muggles also rose. However, this was not without cause. When he had been fifteen, a riot had broken out where they had been living, and his sister had been caught in the crossfire. Later, they had learned that the riot had been started muggles who felt fear towards the magical families in the area. The fact that they did not understand their neighbors’ magical qualities. It was this ignorance the muggles held, although with the help of the Ministry, that fueled his dislike, growing with the death of his younger sister.

For years, Alcander had lived in London, living in a flat above a warehouse. While he was stationed in London, Alcander did have a job, he worked in one of the many shops that were stationed in Knockturn Alley. However, he did not have a desk job. No, he was more often than not the one who went out and found the items sold in the shop.

When Alcander was not at work or at home, he could usually be found wandering the streets or frequenting one of the many taverns in the Alley.

Eventually, Alcander moved out of London. And headed further in the country. During these few years in his life, nothing is really certain about his life. However, when he was 26 he somehow turned up as Deputy Headmaster of Durmstrang and now in this year he had been transferred to Head Hogwarts and help get the school back on it's feet, much to his annoyance.
