Dominic Vearnoli

General

Name: Dominic Patrick Vearnoli
Age / Birthday: 13 / November 27
Blood Type: Pure Blood.
Pets: Binx – Orange tabby cat; Fish – A tawny owl.

Appearance

Eyes: Almond shape with irises of striking blue. His eyes tend to really stand out in his appearance. They show much of his emotion if only by the fact they turn a darker or lighter shade of blue depending on his mood.
Hair: Dominic’s hair is somewhat on the long side, enough to called shaggy almost but surprisingly, still neat. The color is a dark brown at that times looked as it was black. However, the highlights of his hair betray that his hair is really brown.
General: Dominic stands at around 5’ 4, still being a little short for his age, his growth spurt having not quite struck him fully yet. Despite his somewhat short stature, his voice is deep often times with mellow tones to it. His skin color is a tad on the paler side of the scale. He does not tan easily and seems at times as if could almost be ghost like. The shape his face had a roundness to him as if he had not quite lost his baby fat, however Dominic had lost all of his baby face, it’s just the look of his face. However, despite this, it seems to work with him, and he seems somewhat cute.

Although, Dominic tends to have a more traditional approach to him, at least in the guy sense, as he wears more loose clothing when permitted and his school uniform for the most part is neat, Dominic has his rebellious side. One output of this side of him is the fact that his left ear is pierced as well as his left eyebrow. Past these appearance related rebelliousness, Dominic has no other outward appearance of it, most would think he may of had a tattoo or something but nope.

Dominic usually pays some attention to his appearance, only enough so that he looks decent. He was not a vain guy, his appearance gave him little pleasure and he wasn’t about to spend large amounts of time working making him look his best. He was not that type of person. It was simple as that.

Personality

General: If one were to describe Dominic in a few words they would probably choose: fearless, caring, friendly, and loyal. Although Dominic had many qualifications for the Gryffindor house of Hogwarts, he did not act the part of the stereotypical Gryffindor. He was not one to strut around the place as if he was the best person on the world and as if no one but he could solve the problem.

No, Dominic wasn’t like that. He knew the world did not revolve around him, and he was fine with that. Dominic only attempted to live his life to the fullest. In doing so, he is not afraid to embarrass or make a complete ass himself in front of people. In someway, some would call him brainless. However, Dominic is intelligent, almost to be compared to a Ravenclaw, but he does not show off this fact. Not because he was afraid of looking brainy or being a show off, he just didn’t care to. His appearance to other people made no impression on him and occasionally he would answer questions in class.

Dominic is not a goody-two-shoes. It would be hard pressed to call him such. No, he had a disrespect for rules. If they don’t meet his inclination, well he might just brake them. This outlook towards the rules had given Dominic many detentions throughout his first few years at Hogwarts, however this didn’t hinder Dominic any from getting more of them.

Having a stiff personality doesn’t usually sit well with Dominic. He likes being himself and many times people tend to find him weird for it. One way of describing it would be that Dominic liked to march to the beat of his own drum. Simple as that.

History

Place of Birth: Cannock, England
Nationality: English.
Languages: English only.
Parents: Mark and Tracey Vearnoli.
Siblings: Chelsea Fiona Vearnoli – former Ravenclaw [21]
History: Dominic had been a mistake. His parents had not meant to have another child after having his sister, Chelsea. However, since the siblings had been eight years apart they had a decent relationship when compared to other siblings.

Despite the fact that Dominic’s parents did not mean to have him, he was treated as well as they had treated Chelsea when she was born. However, Dominic was a little more spoiled than Chelsea had been. He is used to having a lot of things he wants happen. He had continued to think like this when he attended his first year at Hogwarts. However, Dominic was quickly taken down a few notches during that year. He soon realized that he could not have everything he wanted and if anything, Dominic became a better person for it. Despite this lesson, Dominic’s personality was still much the same as it had been before attending Hogwarts. He was still the outgoing and weird boy in Gryffindor.

As one could assume from above, Dominic’s parents were well to do. Indeed, his family tended to move in the upper circles of society. With times having evened out in the whole evil/good ratio of the Wizard world, Dominic’s parents still tended to stay on the sidelines, they did not fall into taking any sides. In this way, his parents were not upset, nor surprised, when Dominic had been sorted into the Gryffindor house.
