General
Name: Taree Esiila Dechian

Appearance
Eyes: Her eyes are narrow in shape with light black lashes. The irises
are a medium brown to dark brown in coloring. A person’s eyes are said
to be a window into a person’s soul, revealing their mood’s and
feelings. However, Taree’s eyes are a closed window. Her eyes do not
reveal her feelings, not unless she specifically wants to reveal such
information.
Hair: Taree’s hair is a dark brown to black color. The majority
of her hair appears black, if anything it appears as if there are brown
highlights to the strands. However, this is only a trick of the light. Her
falls down in straight streams to about her mid-back.
General: Her height is around five foot one, her stature a little
on the short side. Her form is, however, proportionate to her height. Her
frame is more straight than voluptuous, however she has smooth curves to
her form. Taree’s skin is a soft peach coloring with a hint towards
a tanish hue. Her body has no natural distinguishing marks, however, there
is a scar that runs the length of right side. The scar has a rough texture
to it, showing it had not healed well and without the assistance of magic.
The scar runs from just below breast to the top of her hip.
She is known to wear mostly dark colored robes with no patterns. The inside
of the robes tend to have a silver inner lining often contrasting the darkness
of the fabric on the outside. On occasion she will wear muggle clothing.
However, any clothing she wears tends to cover her body decently. She is
not one to show off her mid-drift or any other part of her body in a revealing
manner. Although, this could because she does not like to show off her
scar.
Make-up is a rare occurrence around her face. She finds little need to add
such paint to her face. However, when she does it always has a natural look
to it, she is not one to favor the over using of make-up. Taree’s hair
is either left down or pulled back in some fashion. She takes some pride
in her hair, it being probably her only feature that she is vain over.
Taree’s takes great care of black strands. Very rarely will there be
any form or jewelry upon her body. The closes piece that could be considered
jewelry would be a magically altered watch that is sometimes worn around
her wrist.
Personality
Taree is a silent person. She is not one to talk constantly or incessantly.
This feature is not because she is shy, in fact she is the exact opposite.
Instead it is because she does not speak unless she has a reason too. She
is friendly when she wants to be and clip in other times. She is often considered
a no nonsense person, however this is only when she is working or teaching.
In other situations she can be as fun loving and silly as the next person.
However, this side of her is not often revealed to many people. Taree has
a strong need to trust the person before she opens herself up to
them.
Having a strong sense of respect, Taree expects it of everyone, especially
of her students. If a student does not show respect to Taree, she will feel
no qualms about throwing the student out of the classroom or baring down
upon them. She does not let dislike or hate get in the way of her teaching
or showing respect to others. She may not like someone but she will not show
them disrespect (unless they truly piss her off, then she cannot be accountable
for her actions or words, in this way she has a short temper).
With her teaching position, it goes that Taree is not afraid to take action
or fight. If she had gone to Hogwarts as a child she would probably have
been sorted into either Gryffindor or Slytherin. For she has bravery, cunning,
slyness, and similar qualities within her.
History

[Father]
History: Taree was born to a woman of Chinese nationality. She was
the only child of a single mother. Her mother had been a native of England,
her grandparents having been the ones to immigrate originally from China.
As a young woman (20), Taree’s mother had met a middle age man by the
name of Xavier VanGerthian. The two had a connection, however, during the
relationship Esiila had become pregnant with Taree. However, Xavier had stayed
with Esiila throughout the pregnancy. After Taree was born, both Esiila and
Xavier agreed that marriage between them would not work. They cared for one
another but not as man and wife. Instead the two became friends. This allowing
Taree to have her father still in her life. Xavier helped to support Esiila
and Taree.
When Taree was eleven she was accepted into a not so well known Magical School.
With the amount of money her mother had, Taree could only afford to go to
the smaller school instead of one of the more well known schools. While in
school, she did her best in all her classes. She did not always make high
score but she did decent enough to allow her to receive a decent job as an
adult.
After graduating from school, Taree went into work as an Auror in the Ministry
of Magic. She had not really thought about why she chose this field of work,
but it had suited her. For beginning of her adult life she had continued
to work as an Auror. It was during her time as one that she had received
the scar that now marks her body.
Even now, Taree isn’t sure what made her quit the Ministry and apply
for a Teaching Position at Hogwarts, but nonetheless she was granted the
position. Now on the grounds of Hogwarts, she is still trying to discover
the reason for her deciding to change careers.
Other

since she does not use it often.
