Metal parts: Muzzle, front sight assembly and rear sight. ![]() Description: From it's introduction on 1966 the Heckler & Koch MP5 has gone on to become the world's most widely used submachine gun especially among law enforcement. While its 9mm cartridge (10mm and .40 caliber versions were made during 90s, but now discontinued) is not regarded very powerful in military circles it suits tactical situations better (for its limited penetration). Easy-to-use and reliable, it is still extremely popular submachine gun that creates standard for all other SMGs. Marui MP5A4 is AEG that has been around for a while along with other Marui MP5s. While nothing fancy, it delivers just what is needed and provides the usual high standard of performance of Tokyo Marui (just like real MP5). It has the common H&K MP5-series features and can be customized to number of different versions. Some of the best features of the MP5 series are its sights that are extremely handy in airsoft and CQB. The firing selector is easily operatable with e.g. firing hand thumb and is ambidextrous meaning it does not matter if you are left-handed or right-handed. Fixed stock allows the use of large battery, while in A5 variant you need to use smaller mini-type battery. While Marui MP5A4 is light for its plastic construction its useful feature for prolonged CQB as any experienced player of urban combat knows. Marui MP5A4 was recently upgraded with
metal front sight assembly, new 14mm anti-reverse muzzle, reinforced cocking
tube and EG700 motor. |
