11. CANCELLATIONS must be made 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds are given after this time unless we re-rent the home for the dates confirmed for you. If the home is re-rented your deposit and rent will be refunded to you less $50.oo cancellation fee.
12. Arrangements may be made for trash removal at a fee of $2.50 a bag ($5.00 minimum) Bags are not to be filled to excess so that they are easily handled.
