My clients know that when they telephone my office they will be able to get answers to their questions in a timely fashion. They don't have to worry about being billed for each telephone call. Emergencies can be handled immediately and effectively as I do not have to explain to a hierarchy of managers why a client needs my services unlike the larger accounting firms.
