Background: Tim Skogan an outstanding football player for
the Miami Dolphins was born in Collage Place Washington and attended
Walla Walla High School. His father was a guard at the Washington
State Penitentiary. He learned discipline and hard work from his
blue collar minded family.
After graduating he went to the Naval Academy and became a jet
fighter pilot. There he excelled at athletics and aeronautics. He
served four years as an office in the Navy then entered the draft
for the NFL. The Miami Dolphins drafted him in the first round,
where he played for four year finally winning a Super bowl ring.
The night after the Super Bowl he was flying his light plane out
to Bermuda for a deep sea-fishing trip with some buddies when his
plane disappeared. Three years later he resurfaced on a life raft
off the Florida coast. He had no memory of what had happened except
that he now had Super powers consisting of a set of biomechanical
armor that covered his body on command and gave him extraordinary
strength and healing abilities.
He was forced out of the NFL, as even without his armor activated
he was stronger and faster than any other NFL player. In need of a
new team he joined the government sponsored U.S. Marshall service
and was assigned to Gamma Force.
