The 134th Defense Systems Evaluation Squadron previously flown with EB-57B Canberra from Burlington IAP, Vermont. 134th DSES was redesignated 134th Tactical Fighter Squadron in January 1982 when it converted to F-4Ds. Conversion from Phantoms to F-16A/B Falcon (ADF version) was officially completed in April 1986.
