Visitor: How hard was it to have to sit and listen to Helen's recipes while you were starving to death? Survivor Erin: As strange as it may sound, it was very comforting to listen to the recipes, because you could almost taste the food in your mouth if you thought about it hard enough. And I enjoyed listening to Helen's recipes. Visitor: Who is the bigger monkey, Clay or Magilla? Survivor Erin: [laughs] Funny question! I really like Clay. He kept us entertained, and he has definitely made amusing comments. Visitor: Did you return to the real estate business since you returned from the island? Survivor Erin: I still do a little bit of real estate, but not much. Mainly, I just have been working at the bar. Visitor: Hi Erin! You were awesome! Was it strange having cameras in your face all the time? Survivor Erin: Thank you for your comment and no, after the first day you forget the cameras are even there. Visitor: Erin, you seemed a little under the weather on THE EARLY SHOW. Are you sick? Survivor Erin: [laughs] I was enjoying a little too much of New York last night, and sadly, slept through my wake-up call. Visitor: Hi Erin! People don't seem to be losing as much weight this time. How much weight did you end up losing, and did you feel the hunger to an extreme? Survivor Erin: I lost a total of 17 pounds, with not a lot to spare to begin with. I think the cameras do add ten pounds, because I know that we all looked a lot thinner in person than we do on TV and yes, we really were starving to death! Visitor: Hey Erin, thanks for coming to chat with us! What was your first impression of Chuay Gahn when you met them at the apparent "merge"? Survivor Erin: My first impression was that they had a fun tribe. They played games, they sang songs, they had a neat little civilization built up, which I'd never expected before we met to live with them. Visitor: Was it tough sharing the same beach? Survivor Erin: No, it was quite enjoyable sharing the same beach. There were more people for doing chores, we got to learn intimate things about these five people that were playing the game against us, and it was the first warm night I had sleeping in the cave since I'd been out there. Visitor: Do you have any job offers yet from any companies as far as modeling or anything? Survivor Erin: I'm not allowed to discuss offers until after I'm voted off (on TV), and at this point I'm unsure of what offers (if any) have come in. Visitor: Erin, what was your favorite activity to pass the time while in the game? What was your favorite activity to pass the time after you left the tribe? Survivor Erin: My favorite activity to pass the time while in the game was playing the food game, which for those of you who don't know is just choosing two types of food and choosing which one you'd like the best. My favorite thing to do outside of the game was napping and watching DVDs. They got me "Usual Suspects," which is one of my favorite movies. Visitor: What do you think was your key factor that made the SURVIVOR producers choose you? Survivor Erin: Wow, that's a good question. I don't think that there was one key factor. I think several of my qualities had to come into play, and also how I would fit in with the other fifteen people, good or bad. Visitor: What do you do to stay in such great shape, and did you do anything physically to prepare for SURVIVOR? Survivor Erin: Unfortunately, I do not work out, and thankfully some of it has to do with genetics, and I ran a little to prepare physically for SURVIVOR. Visitor: Did anything on the island ever really scare you? Survivor Erin: In the beginning I was a little scared of snakes, but by the end I thought "Where are the snakes? I want to at least see one before I go home?!" Visitor: Was Chuay Gahn's cave really worth rowing a mile to get water? Survivor Erin: Most definitely! With the rain and trying to keep our wood dry to keep a fire going, it was definitely worth it. Visitor: You were the favorite of many viewers, its sad too see you go. So how good was the hot fudge sundae that Sook Jai won in the auction? How about those grubs? Survivor Erin: Thank you for the comment. The ice cream sundae was by far the most delicious thing I'd ever eaten and will never forget! The grubs, on the other hand, are something I would like to forget! Visitor: Erin, when you tried to cheer up Jake after losing the 8th Immunity Challenge, it was SURVIVOR: THAILAND's most touching moment. Can you tell us more about what you were feeling and thinking then? Survivor Erin: I felt like we went into the Challenge as a team, we lost the Challenge as a team and we left the Challenge as a team. I never felt like the blame should have been put on anyone except for all of us as a team, and I wanted to make sure that Jake understood that, because he felt as though it was his fault. It can be tough to keep morale up, especially when we'd already been to Tribal Council the past three times. Visitor: Erin, Was there anything the monkey took that wasn't shown on TV? Is the monkey going to end up in Jan's pet cemetery? Survivor Erin: [laughs] We'll just have to wait and see what happens to Magilla! No, the monkey only took our bananas and our rice noodles. Visitor: Erin, what are you feelings towards Jeff? Survivor Erin: Jeff and I are from the same hometown, but unfortunately during filming we didn't get a lot of time aside from the Challenges to get to know Jeff, but he's awesome to work with! Visitor: Why did you bring body paint for a luxury item? Survivor Erin: I brought body paint as something I could share with my tribemates, and I could write my family and friends' names on my arms to show them that I was thinking of them and to help me know that they were there with me in spirit. Visitor: Erin, I hate raisins too. Have you used any of the recipes Helen was giving you yet? Survivor Erin: I have used a few of the recipes and they've turned out wonderful! The stuffed French toast was by far my favorite. Visitor: Do you think you should have done or acted in any way different than you did? Survivor Erin: I'm happy with the way I played the game and there's nothing that I can do to change the outcome, so I do not dwell on it but I don't have any regrets. Visitor: How does it feel to be the first member of the jury? Survivor Erin: It's an awesome feeling! Not only am I 1/7 of the vote on who gets to win a million dollars, but also I get to go to Tribal Council every week wearing clean clothes with a full belly! Visitor: People compare you to Sarah from last season. Do you see any comparison? Survivor Erin: The biggest comparison between Sarah and me is that we're both bartenders, we're both young women with large breasts. [laughs] I don't know her personally, so it's hard for me to compare myself to her. Visitor: Were there ever any major confrontations between you and any of your tribe members? Survivor Erin: No, I didn't have any confrontation with anyone. Visitor: What did you miss most from the outside world that you didn't get on SURVIVOR? Survivor Erin: I missed ice water, a pillow and a towel. SURVIVOR Host: Well everyone, our time with Erin is up. Erin, thanks so much for taking the time to chat with us today.
