GRADE(FIRST GRADE, RESERVE GRADE AND PRESIDENT'S CUP)

The competition will be restricted to a maximum of 16 teams per division.
Results will not be based on reality, but they will not be continually biased.
RULES
Squads are to consist of 25 players MAXIMUM
If the club is any more than $2 million in debt, you shall be sacked and the club taken over by the chairman (me) until a new manager is found.
Negotiations with companies re sponsorship and the like shall be presided over by me.
Official complaints may be made over conduct of players and team officials.If there is any improper conduct by any player or team official,it shall be noted in the newsletter.The opposition club may make a complaint if there is a notice there.However,there will be no assurance that a penalty will be forthcoming.Penalties for improper conduct are:
Grade 1-Improper language:Fine-$1000
Grade 2-Too many players on the field during a loss:Fine-$25000
Grade 3-Too many players on the field during a win:Fine-$25000 and loss of points
Grade 4-Entry onto playing field by unauthorised official-Fine-$100,000 and loss of competition points,regardless of result
Grade 5-Physical misconduct:Fine-$100,000,loss of 6 competition points and suspension of guilty official or player
Complaints over the performance of referees,touchjudges and video referees(First Grade) are also permitted.The process will involve the manager lodging the complaint e-mailing me and making the complaint.Any posting on the messageboard of this complaint will result in instant dismissal of the complaint and a fine of $10,000.A dismissal of a complaint will not result in a fine if the complaint was taken through the correct channels.
