| On a hot day with amazing competition the times were good for everyone. James Stafford ran great and he is making the sub 18 minute barrier look easy. The team finished 5th. Not bad! The winner was Pat Moulton of Pelham by almost a minute and a half with his course record run of 15:42! Wow, holy smokes! (He is a 3 time M/S champion and 2000 State Champion). Matt Flautt outsprinted a few at the tape to get lower points to move us up to 5th. Good job team! |
