| In this race only Zach Emerson represented H-D. This was a race in which kids 16 years and younger from nine states raced. He was hoping to do well on this hilly loop course and get a top 35 finish. It was 45 degrees and rather windy. Zach had one of the best races of his life and no better timing for it. His 16:49 put him 18th and the top 20 got a ticket to compete in the Junior Olympic Cross-Country National Championship at Reno, Nevada during Christmas vacation. |
