Here is where you can apply to be a member of the newly created Rusty Shore Birthday Club! What exactly is a birthday club? Well, you sign up by filling out the form below. By signing up and telling us your birthday, we compile a list that will be visible to all visitors of this site. We take down your name, site url, and birthday. On your birthday [or close to it] you get an email from one of us at Rusty Sh0re and youll get some kind of prize that you can display on your site. You may also recieve an e-card, or a friendly email, from someone else who has happened to see your birthday listed. Just follow the rules below:
1. You must have a doll related type site and an email to join.
2. Any application that is not completely filled out will be ignored.
3. Type "birthday club" in where it says "comments", along with any questions or comments you might have.
4. To let you know that you have been signed up for the club, we will send you a "birthday club" link back banner that we have made [and theyre really cute, believe me]. Please post this only on the site that you have signed up for the club with, so when we're visiting sites, we see how well our club is spreading.
5. If we do not get a chance to send you your birthday gift, please just simply send us a friendly note that will remind us. We dont sit on the computer 24/7.
6. Tell your friends to sign up too!
7. We can delete your name at any time if we feel it is necessary. We dont need your permission.
