Krusty Gets Busted

Episode Number: 7G12

Blackboard Gag: They Are Laughing At Me, Not With Me

Couch Gag: The family rush in and sit on the couch. Maggie pops into the air

Distinctive Because: the first ever Bob episode

Why Bob Gets Out: he was never in

How It All Begins: Bob is suffering mightily in his lowly role on the Krusty the Clown Show. Then Homer witnesses Krusty robbing the Kwik-E-Mart at gun-point.

And Then: Krusty is arrested and sentenced to jail. Bob takes over his show, renaming it "The Sideshow Bob Cavalcade of Whimsy"... With educational slots.

Next: Everyone loves Bob's show, but Bart is sure that Krusty is innocent. He enlists Lisa's help to prove it. While guesting on SSBCW Bart realises that Krusty could not have done it - he had tiny feet, yet the robber screamed when homer trod on his over-sized toe.

The End: Bart realises that Bob has enormous feet - it was he who framed Krusty. Bob is arrested and goes for his first sojourn At Her Majesty's Pleasure (or the 'Merkan equivalent).

Bob's Appearance: Fairly rotund; trademark hair; dressed in green hula skirt, large orange shoes and a bone necklace.

Anything Else of Note: Bob wears reading glasses. Why is he still called Sideshow when he is the main attraction? No one knows.
