Meet the Staff

Hi - I am Vanessa Banner.
As a year one teacher I am looking forward to beginning my teaching career at Rutherford Intermediate.
As a teacher I believe that all children have the right to learn and to experience succes in a safe and caring learning environment.
Children should feel encouraged, stimulated and challenged in order to achieve success.
As a teacher it is my role and responsibility to ensure that the children in my classroom feel valued and appreciated for successful learning to occur.
