The pectoral worn by Ankh-su-namun is a copy of the one across the way . Its to be seen in the METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART in New York and was owned by a lady called Sit-hathor |

After a bit of a hunt I found Seti's pectoral, and of course I realised after a while that if I had looked in the right place in the beginning I would have found it a lot quicker. You see our film makers have taken a lot of liberties with the Tutankhamen finds which are on show at the real Museum of Antiquities in Cairo, and that is where the pectoral is to be found too. Come to think of it, the film makers even took liberties with the real museum, but we will talk about that later ... |

And finally we come to the cat which Ankh-su-namun stands with her arm round when Seti arrives to accuse her of being "touched".
This is a copy of the Gayer Anderson Cat which is at the British Museum and which was a votive offering given to the goddess Bast the Egyptian goddess of the home. There are many in other museums too. the only problem is that the film cat is a little big - I've never seen one bigger than a foot high! |
