Most, (possibly all, but I don't have copies of all of them, so I can't check)
of Grace's books that were published by the Fleming H. Revell Company
in the "Classic Series" have introductions by Ruth.

I don't know of any biographies about Ruth Livingston Hill,
but you can find out a little about her life by reading
Grace Livingston Hill by Robert Munce (Ruth's son) and
Grace Livingston Hill Her Story and Her Writings by Jean Karr.
