Service Team Responsibilities
Service Unit Manager -
a.  Develops and manages Girl Scouting in their service area.
b.  Recruits and manages the service team
c.  Chairs service team and service unit meetings
d.  Works with Membership manager to appoints service team and leaders
Troop Organizer - (any/all schools)
a.  Organizes new troops / groups.
b.  Reorganizes existing troops when necessare, cooperating with troop committees on this work.
c.  Helps find suitable meeting places.
d.  Suggests leader / co-leader potentials to Service Unit Manager
Service Unit Registrar -
a.  Helps leaders process registration forms on time.
b.  Edits all registration forms in the service unit and transmits them with membership dues to the council Service Center registrar.
c.  Ensures that girls and adults joining the Movement throughtout the year are registered.
Troop Consultant - (any/all levels)
a.  Gives information, advice and encouragement to new and experienced leaders.
b.  Helps leaders to increase their knowledge of Girl Scout program and of resources available to them.
Service Unit Outdoor Consultant
a.  Helps leaders plan outdoor activities
b.  Promotes troop / group / service unit outdoor activites
c.  Promotes attendance at day camp and established camp
Public Relations Representative
a.  Shares information about troop and service unit activities with community and council through news stories
b.  Helps promote sevice unit activities
Service Unit product Program Manager
a.  Attends council training for cookie program (fall) and for "Be A Reader" music/ magazine program (spring)
b.  Helps train troop product program managers and assists with questions or problems
c.  Keeps troops supplied with sales aids
d.  Collects funds and processes forms, forwarding them to GSTTC.
Service Unit Event Coordinator
Plans and carries out or recruits chair for special program events in the area (for example: play days, camping weekends, family-fun events, international festivities)
