If you are a mature male you have been in the position shown in the photo at the left  It's the old, "drop your shorts and cough" exam.  Actually, most males St8, Bi, or Gay look forward to this part of the exam.  As common as it is in a physical, it is always something we all seem to look forward to with some degree of ertotic anticipation.
