| Most of us males cringe of the idea of anything being inserted our most protected possession However, "sounds" or "dilatators" will add an erotic flare to your fantasy exam that nothing else does if they are inserted with minimal caution. The thing you should be aware of with the use of sounds are these: 1. The Sound must be rendered sterile as well as making the area about the penis sterile...as pictured above. 2.
